JOIN THE IT'S ABOUT TIME CAMPAIGN

GET INVOLVED THIS SUMMER IN OUR COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND OUTREACH EFFORT

We need to continue mounting the pressure and opposition against Governor Pataki. This means broadening the mobilization, reaching out to injured workers and 9/11 victims in our community, bringing in more members and volunteers, and raising awareness among our elected officials.

There are many ways to get involved:

• Join us in tabling at the Workers Compensation Board in Brooklyn, Harlem and in neighborhoods around the city.

• If you're part of an organization, church, or school, help outreach to your membership, congregation, or classmates.

• Urge your organization to endorse the It's About TIME! Campaign for Workers' Health & Safety.

• Reach out to injured workers and 9/11 victims in your community.

• Urge your elected official to pledge his or her support for the Campaign.

• Set up discussions with organizations, including senior citizens centers, schools, churches, synagogues, and mosques, as well as elected officials.

• Sign on to our international NAFTA lawsuit charging Governor Pataki and the New York State Workers' Compensation Board with violations of workers' labor and human rights

• Work with us to create a video documentary exposing Governor Pataki's attacks on our health and documenting the organizing efforts led by injured workers and 9/11 victims to challenge his abusive policies and demand control over our time.

• Make a donation to the It's About TIME! Campaign for Workers' Health and Safety (make check out to NMASS and earmark it to the It's About Time Campaign). Help organize a fundraiser.
