Domino’s Pizza forced delivery workers to work over 60 hours per week and refused to pay them overtime and minimum wage. The fast food chain even used several gimmicks to disregard minimum wage and overtime laws. And when workers at a New Jersey Domino’s Pizza stood up for their rights, the boss fired them.

These workers have recently filed a class action lawsuit against the nationwide corporation and also the owner of several Domino’s Pizza New Jersey franchises Marci Hawkins for labor law violations. They are demanding the boss reinstate them to their jobs.

On Wednesday the 25th, the workers will be joined by other workers from the Justice Will be Served! Campaign, Chinese Staff & Workers’ Association, National Mobilization Against Sweatshops, and the NJ State Industrial Union Council, as well as the attorneys representing this class action lawsuit. We will announce the filing of the lawsuit that day, and we urge other Domino’s Pizza workers from all over the nation to contact us to fight for their rights and join this class action lawsuit.
