  Break the Chains Alliance
BREAK THE CHAINS is a broad coalition of community-based organizations. We are fighting for the rights not just for immigrants, but for all working people; that is, to repeal employer sanctions and restore labor protections to all workers, regardless of their immigration status. In conjunction with the demand to repeal employer sanctions, we also support measures that will allow undocumented immigrants to adjust their status.

  Beyond Ground Zero Campaign
Beyond Ground Zero campaign grew out of our efforts to assist those affected by the September 11 disaster, particularly low-income workers living or working on the Lower East Side, and has developed to become a project driven particularly by Latina, African American and other women to fight for their health and against displacement forces
.

  “Ain’t I a Woman” Campaign
The "Ain't I a Woman?!" campaign grew from a small group of garment workers holding DKNY accountable for sweatshop conditions to become a call for a new women's movement fighting for control over our time, health, respect and payment for caregiving work
.

  It's About Time!
It's About TIME! Campaign for Workers' Health & Safety organizes injured and not-yet-injured workers to overhaul the Workers' Compensation system and to fight against sweatshop conditions such as long hours which are destroying people's health and lives
.

  Justice Will Be Served!
The Justice Will be Served campaign unites restaurant workers fighting abuses, such as tip stealing by management, with hotel workers who were unjustly abandoned by companies like Marriott after September 11, and other service-industry workers fighting for dignity and an end to second-class treatment
.

  Lower Manhattan Anti-Displacement Campaign
The Lower Manhattan Anti-Displacement campaign brings together working people who live, work or study in Lower Manhattan to fight against the forces, such as big real estate, that threaten to drive them out of their workplaces, homes and neighborhoods.
  The White Collar Sweatshop
The White Collar Sweatshop campaign grew from the struggle of a young woman standing up at her non-profit workplace to become a voice for office workers who want respect and more control over their time and lives.
