  • Hunger strike documentary to be included in the Worker Arts & Media Festival!
    Where: Cinema Classics Movie Theater at 332 E. 11th St.

    Admission: $5

    The documentary about the 7-day hunger strike held last May by 14 injured workers outside Governor Pataki's office is being included in this evening of short films about recent worker actions around the world. The Worker Arts and Media Festival 2004 is
    organized by Mugsy Records and the Artist Worker Action League.

    Come to the trial of two of those arrested for marching
    Affirm Our First Amendment Right to Speak Out for Our Health.
    Vans & cars leave the NMASS Brooklyn Center at 30 Third Ave. 5:30am.
    The trial begins at 9am at the Albany Courthouse on Morton Avenue.
